What are the payment methods available?

Payment methods that can be used are all major credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and our payment gateway partner Gcash. 

Cash on Delivery will be ALSO available.

When will my order be shipped?

When you placed your order we begin creating your item/s as quickly as possible, Each product requires some time for making and crafting before we can ship-out. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 Hours.

How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?

We've adjusted our estimates delivery below based on the latest information from our carriers.

Shipping to Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area 3 to 5 Days
Shipping to Luzon Area 3 to 7 Days
Shipping to Visayas Area 5 to 7 Days
Shipping to Mindanao Area 5 to 8 Days


Can my order be delivered on the weekend?

Most orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, the LBC or our chosen door-to-door provider does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order may arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.

How can I track my order?

The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email or mobile number. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

My order has already shipped, can I have the delivery address changed?

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to designated delivery address cannot be changed by Slack or our fulfillment center.


Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

Please see our Refund, Return and Exchange page. If you need to return an item or exchange it for a different size, just contact us and let us know the reason, and we’ll help right away. Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.


What if I order something that's out of stock? 

We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be canceled; you will, of course, receive a refund to your credit card for any items that cannot be shipped. Our fulfillment center will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.

Will I be charge a customs fee for my order?

99% of your orders are  shipped within the Philippines so there is very less likely chance that you might need to pay for a customs fees (there are times that your local post office might ask for a little amount - depending on your city). Please note that the shipping fees charged for your order do not include customs fees. If you’re unsure of your city's laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs/post office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your city before you place an order.
